Our holiday flats:



The flats contain a separate living- and sleeping-room. It is possible to live in the flat with max 4 people.
There is a wonderful balcony with a magic view over the rose garden.

All 4 flats contain:

A furnishing of “Zirbel”-wood, a white kitchen with a granite cover, Sat TV, wardrobe and a balcony with roof.
The prices are for 2 person per day in one of the beautiful flats in our wine-growing estate.

Each person extra pays € 14,00 per day.

Bed for children € 8,00 per day
Charge for dogs € 8,00
Dogs are welcome for demand.

The final cleaning does not cost extra.
The beds are made and there are towels when you arrive.
When you arrive you can enter in the room from 2 p.m.
We ask for leaving the room at 10 a.m. on your day of departure.

You can rent the flats weekly, but also dayly for demand.
You can pay cash on your arriving or departure day.

OFFER: On the pre-season and low-season you pay only 13 days instead of 14 days.

The golden autumn offers you and your family an unforgettable experience. Not also the landscape in this period is very nice with thousands of shining coloures…also the traditional food you have to try. When you go to “TÖRGGELEN” you can try the traditional food like chestnuts, variations of chestnut, herb, sausage, smoked meat and of course our tasteful wine and grape harvest.

South Tyrol is also famous for the beautiful ski areas. You can find them very close from our wine-growing estate. It is possible to reach the areas by bus in less then one hour and you can enjoy an unforgettable day in the snow.

In the wintertime there are also magic Christmas fairs in Merano and Bolzano. By bus or by car you can visit them and feel the Christmas flair in the pre-Christmas time, when you are drinking a traditional hot mulled wine.
